What you'll do in the role:
-Support the Data Quality, Data Issues, and Data Lifecycle management framework for Human Resources globally
-Identify critical data elements, define standards and business rules for data quality measurement
-Partner with IT counterparts in cataloguing Data Quality rules
-Able to lead a subset of implementation efforts in Data Quality for HR systems as part of a larger team effort to establish Data Quality across of all HR prioritized data elements, using strong project management and change management skills
-Partnering with and working with both Human Resources and Information Technology teams
-Able to communicate and drive projects forward with technical and non-technical audiences
-Provide timely and accurate reporting and summaries of Data Quality across Human Resources Data Domain
-Able to lead working groups to prioritize and remediate data issues
-Provide training to both Human Resources and IT counterparts on the fundamentals of Data Quality, its importance and benefits as well as have a complete understanding of measurements such as Accuracy, Consistency, Completeness, Timeliness as well as where each level of measurement is used and is appropriate in a complicated enterprise data environment, including vendor applications
What you'll bring to the role:
-At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk and controls; data governance and data quality and a Bachelor's Degree would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
-Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner
-Experience in quality assurance and manage key risk and control procedures
-Experience in senior stakeholder management with good presentation skills
-Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, macros (optional), pivot tables) and PowerPoint
-Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, including developing and implementing robust and innovative data related roadmaps
-Working knowledge of Human Resources Data, PII and sensitive data is a plus
