xpert as needed, sharing internal technology perspective with Senior IT decision makers, Investment Banking, Capital Markets (VC/PE), Institutional Investors, Equity Research, and key Firm clientele. Ensure successful client and vendor interactions including setting agenda, aligning on intended outcomes, identifying relevant participants and carrying out meetings and events. Handle and coordinate escalation of issues (contractual or operational) with vendors, ensuring suitable senior executives at the Firm and vendor are involved. 9+ years of experience with hands-on technological/engineering experience in the field of Data and Data Infrastructure either at financial services organization or through consulting roles. Deep understanding of data related tooling and concepts including Relational, NoSQL, and Time Series Databases, Big data processing engines, Data Integration platforms, Data Governance, Search Systems and technologies, Streaming Technologies, Business Intelligence Systems, Graphs and Graph Processing, data marketplaces, and AI/ML solutions. Familiarity with data protection regulations and standards such as GDPR and CCPA Deep understanding of data protection techniques including encryption, access controls, masking and anonymization techniques, auditing, and monitoring SQL, Python, or other programming experience Awareness of industry trends and key vendors. Experience with market research, tooling, and business analysis. (ROI case studies, transformation business cases) Experience in high intensity and challenging business environments. Ability to communicate complex issues to decision makers and stakeholders. Strong context switching capabilities, handing multiple priorities, and change. Proven experience in business writing.
