    Position summary

    ol function to clear breaks on pnl between systems - Reconcile discrepancies between internal systems and external counterparties.

    • Operational Coordination:
      • Liaise with middle office, operations, and compliance teams to resolve trade breaks and settlement issues.
      • Liaise with cash payment team to make sure forward settlement is good on value date
      • Maintain strong communication with brokers and counterparties.
    • Data & Reporting:
      • Prepare daily reports on positions, risk exposure, and market activity.
      • Support traders with ad-hoc analysis and market research.
      • Support trading team with historical data analysis on pnl and attribution
    • Process Improvement:
      • Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

    • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA or Python is advantageous.

    • Strong understanding of equity markets and derivatives; Delta One experience is a plus.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Prior experience in trading support or operations within an investment bank or hedge fund.

    • Familiarity with trade lifecycle and settlement processes.

    • Familiar with delta one trading products and swap bookings
