Communicate opportunities to sales & clients, with a view to generate flows for the rates business * Interact with various sales and trading desks to identify key flows and risks; work with these desks to efficiently recycle risk where possible * Interact with partners in other fixed income divisions (FX, credit, commodities) to identify opportunities to collaborate and cross-sellWhat we're looking for: * Strong analytical mindset, with ability to go in depth and provide differentiating analysis * Knowledge of various interest rate products, including vanilla/exotic derivatives * Keen interest in the financial markets, economics, market dynamics and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong academic qualifications, ideally in Finance, Economics or STEM subjects * Proficient in programming * A commercial mindset and desire to collaborate and create strong partnerships with sales & trading and clientsSkills that will help you in the role: * Strong analytical skills along with a great attention to detail * Programming skills, such as in Python and VBA * An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow the scope of the desk strategy team * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalCertified Persons Regulatory Requirements:This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.Where will you be working?20 Bank Street, LondonFlexible work statement:Interested in flexible working opportunities?
