ield Training organization within Field Service is responsible for driving adoption of the Modern Wealth platform and Wealth Management Desktop, execution of National strategic and tactical initiatives and connecting the Field with partners across the organization.
The Assistant Vice President of Field Training and Content Strategy will report directly to the Head of Field Training and Wealth Management Platforms Engagement and Adoption and will help create and drive the strategy for the Field Training organization. The Assistant Vice President of Field Training and Content Strategy will also help lead a new initiative called Voice of the Field aimed at ensuring the field is aware of all of the firm's tools and capabilities as well as provide a forum to provide feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop presentations, communications, and associated collateral as necessary.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
