Checking and Approval of Loan Events, tying out between System & Agent Notices to ensure these are processed timely and accurately
Preparing metrics reports
Reconciliation of trade settlement via Internal MS system
What you'll bring to the role:
Strong relationship building skills serving as a role model for client service
Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks on the operational budget
Experience in managing teams, enhancing control, continuous improvement and reducing operational risk
Strong background in Loans
Assumes ownership of problems and drives towards their resolution
Displays high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
Develops and maintains excellence in client relations by providing timely and relevant information through effective communication
Delivers team tasks on time to required quality
At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
