What you'll do in the role:

• Confirmation processing
• Billing
• Fail cover processing
• Trade Monitoring (Settlement status check & follow ups/Exception monitoring)
• Regulatory reporting
• Account set up & maintenances
• System enhancements/UAT
• Client relationship management/lender reviews
• New business/product approval process (NPA)

What you'll bring to the role:

• At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Financial services experience is preferable but not mandatory
• Language: Advanced Japanese speaking/reading/writing and business level English are required.
• Excellent communication, influencing and organizational skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Keenness and curiosity to learn new skill sets and challenge new things.
• Good team player who can contribute towards building strong team spirit
• Microsoft Office Suite
