What you'll do in the role:
• Lead process and system transformation projects aimed at automating manual tasks and processes.
• Partner with Procure to Pay (P2P) SME's on identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance efficiencies within the P2P functions.
• Manage and report on project progress, including project plans, deliverables, statuses, stakeholder reporting, etc.
• Liaise with Technology teams, Finance, agile squads, and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion and serve as a point of contact for P2P operations to ensure alignment will project stakeholders.
• Lead all internal and external audits, ensuring proper alignment on audit related topics and ensuring proper investigation and analysis is represented during the audit.
• Update and maintain risk control self-assessment for the P2P functions, including periodic review and updates to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other documents to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Work closely with Risk officers to ensure annual reviews and sign offs are complete.
What you'll bring to the role:
• 5+ years of project management experience; preferably within the Procure to Pay organization.
• Experience with SAP products (SAP AP, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass)
• Project Management - experience in managing projects, meeting deadlines and stakeholder management.
• Effective communicator with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability & willingness to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and work with remote teams across the globe.
• Intermediary/advanced skills in Microsoft products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
