What you'll do in the role: Responsible for delivering enterprise-class end-user productivity solutions, including the design, configuration, and integration of these technologies into the firm. Keeping up with evolving M365 and Copilot capabilities and translating them into support strategies. M365 Foundation service and configuration, including licensing, Integrating functionalities of M365 Copilot with other M365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams. What you'll bring to the role: At least 6+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Microsoft 365 Expertise: Deep understanding of M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Office ProPlus. Gen AI Fundamentals and Copilot Integration: Foundational knowledge in Gen AI and experience in configuring and supporting Copilot features across Microsoft 365 applications, including troubleshooting, licensing, deployment, and user enablement. Familiarity with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), including sensitivity labels, encryption, and data classification. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and diagnostics within the M365 environment. Track record of design and delivering a Office365 & Copilot project Prior experience of working in financial services or consulting firm preferred Experience in M365 and Copilot deployments Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills Gen AI and M365 Copilot integration. Office365 experience - O365 Foundation, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive Security tool Purview DLP and Information Protection High degree of technical knowledge of relevant architectures Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across M365 workloads and Copilot features Skilled in identifying underlying issues and implementing long-term fixes, working with Vendor support team. Understanding of enterprise data governance and privacy implications when using AI tools Business Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to guide users through Copilot features and gather feedback Experience working in globally distributed teams and liaising with engineering and vendor support team. Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and operate in a face paced environment. Ability to multi-task at a high level. Stakeholder management.
