Review complex regulations and updates, research client-specific legal issues required for servicing the relationship, participate in firm-wide working groups and industry calls, and communicate results clearly to the business. Review ISDAs, ISDA amendments and master confirmation agreements; assist clients with regulatory requirements during ISDA onboarding, work with trade counterparties and review trade confirmations. Have primary responsibility for the maintenance of client files and the retention of documents, making use of technology to ensure access to current documents is efficient and secure. Review and update team policies and procedures. Bachelor's (4yr) degree; JD or Paralegal with relevant financial services experience preferred 5+ years' experience in financial services Well organized, self-starter with the ability to analyze information and take a risk mindset Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Document management experience Prior experience with contracts, derivatives including uncleared products, and financial services regulations preferred. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
