Read on...What you'll do in the role: * Partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to facilitate capacity planning, roadmap alignment, and delivery forecasting. * Ensure squads are equipped with the right information, resources, and support to meet delivery goals. * Drive consistency in delivery practices across squads while respecting team autonomy.Planning & Execution * Coordinate quarterly and sprint planning across squads, ensuring dependencies are identified and managed. * Track progress against delivery milestones and proactively address risks and blockers. * Maintain and evolve delivery frameworks that support scaling and agility.Communication & Reporting * Produce tailored status updates, delivery dashboards, and executive summaries for different audiences (e.g., leadership, stakeholders, squad-level). * Facilitate cross-squad syncs and forums to share updates, surface challenges, and align on priorities.Documentation & Process * Own and maintain delivery documentation, including roadmaps, dependency maps, and release plans. * Champion best practices in documentation and knowledge sharing across squads. * Focus on identifying opportunities to drive greater effectiveness and efficiency through automation and process streamliningDependency & Risk Management * Identify and manage cross-squad dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and alignment. * Maintain a clear view of risks and mitigation plans across the product fleet.What you'll bring to the role: * Strong Experience as a Program Manager. * Good Experience in Risk Management, Data Governance, Stakeholder Management, Matrix. * Proven experience in PMO across multiple agile squads or product teams. * Ability to comprehend and contribute to technical discussions and accurately summarize business requirements and support technical specifications in technical documentation (e.g., user stories) * Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications * Strong understanding of Project Management concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile) * Experienced in JIRA or other tools to create a productive, high quality development environment * Adept ability to extract technical concepts from business requirements which are shared by internal business customers * Experience of working on programs focused on delivering change to technology risk & controls or of a regulatory, internal audit or operational risk nature * Naturally proactive and ability to thrive where there's ambiguity * Comfortable working with a high level of independence * Ability to quickly develop relationships coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills Skills Desired: Good to have * Understanding of the Financial Services Industry and/or Data Management. * Experience working on Data Flow or Lineage related programs.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
