    Position summary

    isor experience. Create and maintain active SWOT documentation for each key client and establish routines to support each relationship. Collaborate with Retirement and Sub-Advised Channels on opportunities and potential partnerships with insurance companies/ 401K providers/etc. Become a trusted partner internally with operations, to drive third party access to Alternative offerings Regular travel expected for key client support and prospecting activities. Research meetings, conferences, product launches, etc. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the investment management industry in similar and/or related roles. Background of 3 years in Alternatives with high understanding of the Alternatives business, competitive landscape, product construct. Self-motivated individual that can work independently or as part of larger team. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Travel as required by client and/or firm business needs. Ability to accommodate a hybrid office schedule when not traveling for business. Bachelor's degree (MBA, CAIA, CFA, CIMA, CFA a plus) FINRA Series 7, 65/66, 63 licenses required. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
