StratLabs Data - Vice President - Institutional Equity Division

s with regional Strats desk, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams. Serve as a liaison between the Strats, Trading desk and other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions. Minimum 7-8 years of experience in data science or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Computer Science/Math/Engineering or related fields. Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, and Numpy. Strong interest and demonstrated experience in data science and quantitative domains. Comfortable with UNIX/Linux. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience working in a cross-functional teams, bridging technical & design perspectives. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Drive and desire to work in an intense team-oriented environment.
