    Position summary

    understanding of the regulatory landscape, proactively managing risks and making informed decisions to protect our customers and the organization. Participate in rapid prototyping to explore technical options and inform architectural decisions, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with at least one leading Source-to-Pay platform (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or GEP), including configuration, customization, and systems integration. 10+ years of experience working in technology, including 3+ years of experience overseeing both on-premise and cloud deployments of Source-to-Pay applications. Deep understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay process flows, including sourcing, procurement, contracting, invoicing, and supplier management. Solid background in API development and integration (REST, SOAP), with the ability to architect robust interfaces between applications. Experience designing and implementing customizations and enhancements on Source-to-Pay platforms to address unique business needs. Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate these clearly to both development teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a high-performance culture.
