    Job Description
    The Firmwide Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Digital and Social Marketing to lead and evolve marketing initiatives for Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets. We're looking for an experienced marketer who specializes in content strategy with an emphasis on social and experience in managing campaigns. This role will initially focus on building and executing a best-in-class social media strategy to drive awareness, engagement and audience growth while strategically positioning the company and industry leaders. As efforts are scaled, the focus will expand to a broader digital ecosystem to create further connection and differentiation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business needs, expertise in social media and a data-driven mindset with a vision for scaling digital marketing across multiple channels.

    Responsibilities

    Own and scale a new digital and social marketing function, starting with social and expanding into broader digital channels
    Able to translate business objectives and client needs into innovative and impactful marketing strategies
    Lead the end-to-end management, implementation and optimization of the business' social program and campaigns, overseeing all processes including strategic and creative development, production, cross-functional collaboration with key business partners and partnership with Legal, Compliance and Risk
    Lead a nimble team of social content strategists, designers and copywriters
    Collaborate with Firmwide Marketing social and content teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals, driving synergies and maximizing impact through a unified approach and overarching narrative
    In close proximity with Legal and Compliance colleagues, provide governance support for how the firm and its employees show up on social in a responsible manner and maintain updated processes and procedures to support
    Continue to evolve the approach and manner when speaking to audiences on social to be more conversational and accessible; look to create more content that is social-first
    Partner with the team's firmwide social listening center of excellence to monitor sentiment, competitor benchmarking and social trends; ensure the team stays abreast of issues percolating across platforms and evolve the content strategy accordingly in real time and longer-term
    Motivate and inspire the team to continuously take the firm's social presence to the next level, in financial services and across industries
    Set the vision for digital marketing strategies and tactics beyond social including email marketing, paid media, content marketing
    Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks and insights-driven optimizations to drive results
    Rigorously track and monitor past and current performance to recommend new strategies and campaigns
    Build and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience leading successful digital and social and teams, preferably at an enterprise company or large agency; financial services or professional services industry experience preferred, experience in and/or knowledge of Investment Banking a plus
    Proven track record of developing and executing strategic social media campaigns that build social following, drive engagement, align with business goals and deliver measurable results
    Demonstrated expertise with building, leading and scaling high-performing social teams
    Exceptionally strong relationship management skills, experience working with senior executives and stakeholders cross-functionally and in global markets
    Proactive, motivated leader with exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple projects simultaneously; ability to adapt and reprioritize accordingly with ease
    Social background with experience expanding into email marketing, paid media and other digital channels is preferred
    Subject matter expertise on best practices across social media platforms and an interest in emerging trends and platforms
    Proficiency with Sprinklr, Netbase, Canva and creating captivating content specifically for social
    Excitement and energy for pushing creative boundaries with an eye toward mitigating risk within the environment of a highly governed organization
    Strong attention to detail in pursuit of thoroughness and accuracy
    Strong experience in reporting and analyzing digital and social KPIs to measure campaign performance, drive optimization and deliver actionable insights

    Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses,
