Responsibilities
Assists Desktop Engineers with the documentation of business processes
Assists the Desktop Engineers with the evaluation of new technologies
Works with the Desktop Engineers to create system documentation
Assists Desktop Software Packaging Team with other projects as required
Works within established standards, change control, policies, and procedures
Provides exceptional customer service with a focus of End User Computing
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Junior, Senior or Graduate level studies and must be enrolled in IT related classes
Desire to work in an IT environment, specifically in the area of Desktop Engineering
Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and process development skills
Must be a team player with a cooperative and energetic spirit with a willingness to learn
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to present findings and conclusions clearly and concisely
Ability to exercise initiative, produce desired results and achieve objectives
Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of Management and Staff
Ability to apply sound judgment in analyzing and organizing problems
Effective attention to detail
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Effective planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
