"You get very little time off. PTO is rarely approved. Unexcused absences (like needing to care for a sick child) are frowned upon. When I was pregnant I had to get a doctor's note allowing me to pee between my scheduled breaks. Micromanaging is taken to a new extreme. "

"This company really supports diversity. There is someone that looks like you in the company.
Yes, you will encounter people who aren't but the culture here is overwhelmingly of acceptance. "

"Flexibility really depends on what area you work in. If you are in a branch with set hours, your manager may be flexible but the schedule is fairly set. In some of the organization support or tech roles the schedules are a bit more flexible.
However, if something is needed or happens and you need to change your schedule, every leader Ive encountered have been so helpful and flexible in finding a solution. "
