Requisition Processor

of requisitions

• Assist Plant Property Control Specialist with maintaining asset inventory

• Identify and recommend process improvements

• Coach, guide and mentor staff

• Produces and distributes standard reports

• Ensure adherence to Navy Federal policies and procedures, and safety regulations

• Serve as supervisor in their absence of the incumbent

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience performing clerical or administrative duties/responsibilities

• Experience in maintaining inventory

• Working knowledge of automated purchasing/inventory systems

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Effective skill in communicating effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and vendors

• Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills

• Effective skill leading, guiding & mentoring others

• Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions

Desired Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Navy Federal organizational structure and facilities

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
