Manage and deliver key metrics and status reporting for workstreams, including risks, actions and decisions
Develop and update dashboards to display all key workstreams aspects, including responding to ad-hoc reporting (e.g. Leadership and Regulatory)
Possess hands-on experience with the ServiceNow GRC solution, including modules such as IRM, with an understanding of platform capabilities and configuration
Evaluate and prioritize change requests to determine technology and design requirements in collaboration with the process owners and participate in triage to assess approval levels in alignment with change management processes.
Promote positive GRC program culture and implement associated activities (for people involved in the program)
Leverages prior experience to provide advice regarding process rationalization, transformation, and process improvement opportunities
Communicate and engage with associates and business units to embrace change
Manage adoption challenges, remove barriers and reinforce decisions
Understand and accept accountability for adoption results and set and meet targets
Track organizational adoption and training progress for GRC tool and risk programs
Advance experience with implementing and leading large strategic programs, including documenting and communicating relevant changes, progress, and updates to the program
Apply structured approaches to managing the rollout and change of the GRC Platform to Business Units across multiple methodologies
Support ongoing training efforts, including providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting consistent training delivery in alignment with GRC Objectives
Knowledge of process and functionality of different workstreams
Contribute to Annual Financial Plan (AFP) process
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
Significant knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management
Significant in process mapping, risk taxonomy, risk minoring and reporting relevant risk areas and ERM and Operations Risk Management
Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills
Advanced skill influencing and building consensus with business partners
Advanced interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Significant experience developing and delivering presentations to executive management
Significant experience managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
Advanced thought leadership and strategic thinking on decisions/issues
Advanced knowledge and understanding of strategic elements involving financial, operational, technical, and regulatory environments
Advanced analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key patterns, outcomes, and relationships of business processes and functions
Advanced skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
Ability to adapt and use new technologies and advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and data querying skills
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree or other advanced degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Risk management or other similar certification
PMP certification
Preferred certifications - CISA and/or CRISC, along with functional administrator certification on the GRC Platform
Advanced knowledge of Navy Federal's functions, philosophy, operations, and organizational objectives
Experience with credit union financials and/or NCUA regulations
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
