e issues related to Windows Server or Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems and their management tools
Creation and modification of AD groups, objects, and policies as they relate to the management of Windows/Linux Servers
Develop, update, maintain, and implement server hardening policies
Provide day-to-day operational support and perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needs
Participate in after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis
Monitor compliance with the organization's information security policies and procedures among employees, contractors and third parties, and manage remediation efforts for any gaps reported in audits or recommended process improvements
Respond to security vulnerabilities identified through periodic and on-demand system audits and vulnerability assessments of the Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Cloud infrastructures
Participate in Information Security Incident Response activities for the NFCU's environment
Develop and maintain documentation of all aspects of the environment, supporting systems, and procedures
Manage IaaS and PaaS resources on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Configure and manage VCN, Subnets, Routing rules on OCI
Instantiate, apply regular patches and administer Compute, Storage, Load Balancers on OCI
Stand up and manage cloud database services such as Autonomous Database (ATP DB) and Autonomous Datawarehouse (ADW) on OCI
Administer, Set-up and Manage Oracle PaaS services such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle FAW, ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) Marketplace
Set-up and Manage Jump Servers, SFTP Servers on OCI
Provide functional and technical support, incident management, instance administration, release management, upgrade support, and testing
Engineer, implement, and maintain patch updates and backups
Provisioning and managing the roles and access for Oracle Cloud Environments
Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status
Qualifications
Advanced experience with Windows Server 2016 - 2022 or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7-9 engineering and administration
Ability to perform troubleshooting of the Windows Server or Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating systems
Significant experience automating processes and developing automation utilizing Azure Automation, PowerShell, Ansible
5+ years' experience working in a senior technical role
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred
Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Ansible
Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
Experience with Azure to include IaaS and PaaS support
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience using Azure Automation tools for both cloud and on-premise resources
Actionable knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, and VIPs/Load Balancers as they pertain to managing and supporting a server infrastructure
Working knowledge of Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) service model of Oracle Cloud infrastructure (or any similar cloud providers)
Knowledge of key Oracle Cloud concepts like Compute, Storage, networking, Security & Identity, and databases
Working knowledge of Platform as a service (PaaS) preferably Oracle Integration Cloud Service, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Java Cloud Service and various Marketplace offerings in Oracle
Working knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Databases Services
Financial industry experience preferred
