The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing contractual undertakings to include design development and review of technical documentation/blueprints provided by outside architects/engineers and contractors.
Qualifications
Pursuing construction management, civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, architectural engineering or related degree
Familiarity with project/program management processes and methodologies
Ability to lead project planning, management, scheduling and presentation in commercial construction or facility management
Ability to exercise sound judgment; display a high degree of initiative; and manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in analyzing, problem solving, planning and organizing project related activities.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to working and participating in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Exposure to working with diverse internal and external contacts
Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely
Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective skill interpreting, applying and explaining written and oral regulations, instructions, products and procedures
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
