Your contributions will help drive continuous improvement in both product quality and delivery velocity.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or later.
Responsibilities
Assist Quality Assurance Analyst to certify system testing complete & ready for production
Develop and maintain functional testing scripts and feature files.
Assist in building and maintaining test frameworks and tools.
Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases.
Create and edit test cases in accordance with acceptance criteria, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA), and system requirements
Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures.
Collaborate with development teams to understand features and technical implementation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to testability improvements.
Create, modify and/or locate the data and conditions needed to execute test cases
Identify areas for improved testing processes
Modify, coordinate and schedule input to maintain the test environments
Report testing activity including time spent, testing time lost and discrepancies found
Ensure clear, concise and effective communication of material
May assist with addressing employee inquiries or problem resolution
Support performance, security, and integration testing efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript.
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Experience in testing complex systems including various platforms
Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus.
Knowledge about Accessibility testing and WCAG 2.0
Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
