    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    If you're someone who enjoys working on multiple projects, is fascinated by data and media and can keep sales leaders as well as offices organized, this is the place for you! Provide administrative support to the Atlanta sales management team that includes the General Sales Manager and five Directors of Sales. Act as the liaison between the management staff and both internal and external groups.

    HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

    • Assist with all aspects of scheduling, coordination of meeting materials and catering

    • Coordinate all travel plans and itineraries for the leadership team

    • Make sure visitors have access to the building, meet/greet them and make sure they have what they need

    • Provide IT and facilities support which includes receiving and distributing equipment and coordinating configuration of workstations

    • Order and manage office supplies

    • Coordinate visitor call sheets and scheduling

    • Work with building management on maintenance, parking

    • Process, track and reconcile travel and expense reports

    • Maintain business schedules and calendars

    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

    • Manage and plan social events as needed for meetings/conferences, client events, holiday party and other events

    • Work with marketing group and other offices to oversee companywide initiatives and industry events

    • Maintain accurate contact records and keep confidential/sensitive files in order

    • Filing documents and contracts

    • Assist the management team with other tasks as needed

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • A minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced business environment

    • Must enjoy meeting new people and developing relationships

    • Experience in navigation of large organizations

    • A self-starter

    • High level of proficiency with MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

    • Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to deal professionally, courteously and effectively with internal and external contacts

    • Must possess professional demeanor, discretion and be a creative problem solver

    • Must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
