    Flexibility has been an issue in the past. If you ask, they will try to accommodate, but sometimes you felt that everyone was judging. But we should have new flex-work policies coming in 2019 that will take the stigma off working remotely/flexible hours.

NCC is currently going through a company restructure and cultural shift under the new President / CEO. She is dynamic and progressive and came to us from the tech sphere. In a short amount of time she has already made a big impact. This will be a great company once her vision is realized, there is a lot of work to be done, but it's rapidly changing. All good things on the horizon

    Maybe. It would depend on the department, manager and office location. I believe the new CEO is working toward a cultural shift across the country. I would be more inclined to recommend if a better work life balance including flex schedules and work from home options became a company norm. Also, I would prefer the work smarter not harder approach that measured outcome and productivity not necessarily hours sitting at a desk. It's 2018, I don't understand why are are so married to the need to sit at a desk until 530p when we are connected 24/7

It depends on which team you are joining. The people are wonderful and make it all worth it. Turnaround times are very fast so every day is a race. The new CEO has made some cultural changes for the better and morale is slowly improving. There is still an air of negativity and people do like to complain a lot.

    I work for a very understanding boss. Not every boss is as understanding so certain teams have more flexibility than others. There is no set work from home policy but you can if you need to. However, the work load is heavy and if you need to leave early to get your kid, you may need to log in later in the night or come in early the next day. Teams have had to make due with less over the years which has lead to increased workloads.

    Few opportunities for AE's to advance. AE's are rarely promoted to management from within the same office. Recent management openings have been filled without being posted. Management focus is on mentoring and advancing coordinators. AE's looking to advance need to change companies to do it.
