There are few women in positions of leadership, but I can see that changing in the new future with out new leadership
There is a very clear social schism between coordinators and the rest of the office. Most of the racial/gender diversity in the office is among coordinators. Only about 1/3 of the AEs in my office are women, and there are no non-white AEs. Much of the behavior on the sales floor among AEs could be described as "a lawsuit waiting to happen" (a direct quote overheard from a higher up).
