I am so proud to be a woman working at NCC. My CEO and Regional Vice President are both (amazing) women and they encourage women of all diversity across the country to work hard and speak up. Under their leadership, I feel comfortable and powerful enough to take initiative and to work hard to help NCC's success in both a business aspect as well as bettering the culture of the company. In just a few short months, ever since our new CEO, Nicolle has joined us, NCC has become a company I am so proud to work for. It's rare to feel excited to go to into work but I am, everyday. I look forward to growing my career with the company.

I've always felt like there is equal opportunity for women to elevate into leadership positions. It is a great place to work. One thing I struggled with over the years which I hope changes to support other women at NCC was coming back to work after I had my children. Lucky enough to have an office, I was able to hang a curtain to pump breastmilk. Many women don't have that luxury and we've had to create makeshift breastfeeding rooms. It is difficult to offer privacy that is so desperately needed at a time like that.

Since I've worked at NCC, I have been treated in an equal manner to all my male peers and have been given every opportunity to grow. There isn't as strong of a female representation in management and executive roles as there is in support roles but this is in part due to the nature of ad sales being a male dominated industry for a long time. Additionally, our CEO and company as a whole is committed to promoting more women in leadership roles.
