"This place can be a wonderful opportunity to grow but due to the previous culture of the company, you may have to endure a little nonsense before things level out. The technology is not up to part but has significant improved in the last 8months. "

"Pay for performance and promotion from within are what make this organization culturally healthy. Also, the kindest people, very little political agenda all stemming from the executive team and trickling it’s way down. "

"It's an exciting time for change and we're all eagerly anticipating the transition from an "old boys network" sales rep firm into a diverse media company"

"NCC is currently going through a company restructure and cultural shift under the new President / CEO. She is dynamic and progressive and came to us from the tech sphere. In a short amount of time she has already made a big impact. This will be a great company once her vision is realized, there is a lot of work to be done, but it's rapidly changing. All good things on the horizon "

"It depends on which team you are joining. The people are wonderful and make it all worth it. Turnaround times are very fast so every day is a race. The new CEO has made some cultural changes for the better and morale is slowly improving. There is still an air of negativity and people do like to complain a lot."
"NCC is a great place to work. You will learn something new every day. The culture is diverse. "
"New President & CEO is rapidly initiating women's leadership dialogue."
"The culture is constantly improving. NCC is the best place to work in this industry."
"NCC is fair and I have never received prejudices for being female here. There are a lot of women in higher up positions. "
"NCC is undergoing change internally and externally. The next 6-12 months are very exciting for our employees, especially women. This is one of the best times to really shine as a female executive."
"There is much optimism that change is on the way to improve the work environment for women. I believe the intent is there, but there are many issues that have not been addressed yet that could be. This causing a negative work place for women. "
"There is no doubt that good work, being goal oriented, and ambition = WINGS ~ "
"I would tell another woman that there are a lot of opportunities here, but it there can be a lot of politics so it is not always clear how to best take advantage of them."
"It is a stable company with great people/strong community. Try to live close to westside as traffic is very difficult and not much flexibility with hours at this time. This will hopefully change once Optix is up and running more fluidly. "
"Very fair to women, appreciate and respectful of women....wonderful place to work"
"It's a great place to work and as of recently there has been changes that have made it even better. "
"There is room to grow within the company and women are treated fairly. "
"That NCC is becoming a great place for women to work"
"I think that this is a great work environment, where everyone really gets to know each other and we become a sort of family in certain departments. We have over the past few years made some great improvements to the benefits and culture here at NCC and it is quickly growing into a great company for women to want to work at. "
"We have strong women in leadership positions and I think this will only continue to grow. "
"Good place to work with balanced gender support however working from home is only acceptable for new mom's and is somewhat hush hush"
"Smart, hard working group of people. Do what it takes to serve client."
"growing company and culture is hopefully changing for the better"
"There is a lack of women leadership in this company period. The lack of diversity in women specially African American women is basically non existent for moving up the latter in this company. NCC does a horrible job in making everyone feel included. It is easy to get discouraged when you put in time, give 200% to be noticed while the next quickly move up the latter. I have personally over heard a male manager demand that he interview more men than women; therefore, they are comfortable enough to put that in the atmosphere. It is known that some managers do not work well with working mothers or blacks which is a horrible thought for someone who is in leader. I know that changes will not be made over night and that all experiences are not the same; however, I will say NCC seem like it is headed in the right direction and I look forward to see changes in the future."
"NCC, my superior in particular, is very good about letting me come in late or leave early if I have an event at school for my children or if I have to take them to the doctor."
"There are changes happening but it will be slow because the top men have made the culture so competitive that no one communicates."
"Great opportunity to work for a company that is ever changing and growing in the tech world."
"Company has improved immensely since new CEO took over, but is sad that it's the first C suite position ever held by a women since it's inception. I think she is starting to bring the company into a modern age when it was previously a bit dated in its policies and practices, She is very open door which is amazing, best ideas should always win no matter who comes up with the idea and never before had people at the bottom had a voice, Culture has felt like an ego driven boys club on the management side of things but with new CEO things are changing for the good as her openness and desire to improve the company is flowing down the ranks and it's very promising. "
"A fairly supportive management when it comes to balancing family life and work life. "
"NCC is a great place to work. Changes to the family leave have improved and benefits are amazing. Our new CEO has put a focus to improve the company culture and support gender diversity. "

"The people who find most success at NCC are the ones who take initiative. Educate yourself, there is always something new to learn and NCC is in a constant state of evolution."

"Very friendly people. The women here encourage other women to succeed and climb the ladder."

"Female coordinators are treated differently than their male counterpoints, it's one of the reasons I left the company. We were expected to be smiley and happy all the time, meanwhile other male coordinators, AEs and sales managers were always yelling, screaming and cursing. "
"I've always felt like there is equal opportunity for women to elevate into leadership positions. It is a great place to work. One thing I struggled with over the years which I hope changes to support other women at NCC was coming back to work after I had my children. Lucky enough to have an office, I was able to hang a curtain to pump breastmilk. Many women don't have that luxury and we've had to create makeshift breastfeeding rooms. It is difficult to offer privacy that is so desperately needed at a time like that. "
"Corporate America has a long way to go, but NCC Media is closer to the goal than many. Depending on the office, the culture at this company is women-friendly and allows for a level of flexibility to accommodate families. Up until recently, my office had no diversity (gender, race...nothing) on the management level. This has since changed, although men still make up the senior management positions here. Luckily, the culture has started to evolve, and I can only attribute that to the incredible character of the people in influential positions. I am lucky to have incredible MEN for whom I work, and they have welcome change and a diversity of thoughts, ideas, gender, culture in my office. I emphasize men in my previous statement because it takes our male co-workers to participate in women's workplace growth and inclusion just as much as the women themselves!"
"Flexibility is small or non existent depending on what office/team you are on. You feel like you are asking for a huge favor or guilty if you have to leave early. Pay could be more even male vs female. Under new management hopefully these things will be addressed. "
"You have the ability to grow and develop your skill set - new ideas are considered and supported."
"It's an exciting time for our company with lots of changes taking place. I'm looking forward to what's to come and based on what I see so far it looks like we have lots of opportunities in our horizon. "
"NCC has made some positive strides however, there is still a great need for more flexibility and understanding of work/life balance. Mothers are sometimes made to feel guilty if they/we need to adjust out in-office hours due to our children. NCC, please trust that your employees are adults and we can do our jobs when/where/how it best works for us. If we can/need to work remote, or come to office late, or leave office early - please trust that jobs are being done."
"It is important to discuss special circumstances during the interview process. If you need flexible hours, or work from home days, that needs to be discussed prior to accepting your position."
"I think they are good about flexibility for working moms, at least that's how my boss lets me work. I have been able to work from home when my child is sick. I think our new CEO is making great changes that will attract more women to the company, like paid maternity leave."
"The benefits are good and there is diversity, I enjoy the people I with."
"Come be part of a big change. It may not be perfect, but it seems like they're working on it. "
"Experience varies, some managers will allow for more flexibility than others. No consistent policy"
"Sure, if media and advertising sales were something they might be interested in pursuing."
"You have to make your own opportunities, be very visible."
"I would tell her always stay ahead of the game. Your work will speak for yourself and pick you battles wisely. "
"I am so proud to be a woman working at NCC. My CEO and Regional Vice President are both (amazing) women and they encourage women of all diversity across the country to work hard and speak up. Under their leadership, I feel comfortable and powerful enough to take initiative and to work hard to help NCC's success in both a business aspect as well as bettering the culture of the company. In just a few short months, ever since our new CEO, Nicolle has joined us, NCC has become a company I am so proud to work for. It's rare to feel excited to go to into work but I am, everyday. I look forward to growing my career with the company. "
"There are not enough female executive staff. There have only been white men in the executive staff since I have been here. We need more diversity."
"I beleive the new president is going to make a huge difference in the way wopmen are compensated and promoted."
"They have great benefits and there are a lot of great and powerful women who work here"
"It has been a bit of a boys club but there have been recent, long overdue strides to create more equality. "
"Since I've worked at NCC, I have been treated in an equal manner to all my male peers and have been given every opportunity to grow. There isn't as strong of a female representation in management and executive roles as there is in support roles but this is in part due to the nature of ad sales being a male dominated industry for a long time. Additionally, our CEO and company as a whole is committed to promoting more women in leadership roles."
"I see improvements being made to promote women into leadership roles and focus on balance for both men and women. "
" There are great benefits including healthcare, retirement, PTO, FMLA. General sense of team atmosphere so encouraging to come to work and have people to talk to, laugh with, create ideas with, etc. No glaring treatment of employees based on gender but every much a 9a-5p focus with little flexibility. "
"There aren't a lot of women in management positions here. However, we have a new CEO (a woman) that is making great strides in improving this."
"These reviews will vary by office. In my office, the majority of upper management is male. As a female, I have felt at times, my gender has played a role into how I was treated or respected within my office. However, I also work with our home office in NY and don't feel my gender has played a role in my treatment or respect. With our new CEO, I am already seeing a shift of better respect in my office. "
"NCC is flexible when it comes to doctor's appointments or leaving for family obligations, but the practicality is missing. For example: having the ability to work remotely, while waiting your child's doctor's appt or your own appt."
"The change is coming. There will be a lot more female representation in the leadership roles soon."
"This company can provide you with good job, but it's difficult to imagine it being the home of your career. Your overall job satisfaction can very much depend on the people you work with. That can be true for any job, but as a coordinator or planner if you are unlucky enough to have AEs or a manager that is rude, disrespectful or inconsiderate of you, you can easily be trapped in an unequal situation for which there's little recourse to escape besides quitting. Consequences of bad behavior are on the burden of the subordinate. Until recently, there appears to be little effort of development of coordinators. Besides all that, it's an okay job if you can answer emails and work excel. "
"As a whole, NCC has been a good company to work for, but it is lacking in some fundamental areas that exist at other companies nowadays. The new CEO is bringing about significant change to the company as it pertains to working women, which has been severely lacking, namely a maternity leave policy and involvement in female-focused events. "
"This company is not one I would recommend for a job. They are making changes which is great. I look forward to the future "
"There is currently no defined policies in terms of flexibiltiy etc. Some managers seem to be more flexible than others."
"The culture is changing with the new CEO but it will take some time to trickle down to other offices. "
"It's a exciting ever-changing environment that can be madding and rewarding all at the same time."
"It's an exciting time to be working here, as new leadership is redefining the company, investing in the future, and recognizing employee values."
"There is a recognition for the need of women supporting women."
"There are opportunities for women to grow here. Some of the male managers have more of an "old boys' club" like mentality though. "
"It is a great place to work but can take a while to move up and expand your knowledge base. Being self motivated and disciplined are important traits. Questions are welcomed and the atmosphere is inviting."
"To do your research on the team to which you are applying and really get an understanding of expectations from your direct report."
"If you are willing to work hard, enjoy being challenged in a fast paced environment, then NCC is a great place. "
"I feel very fortunate to work for this organization. I feel valued as an employee, respected by my colleagues and clients. The benefits are very nice. I felt supported when I took maternity leave and when I returned to my position after the 16 weeks. It's a wonderful place to work. As a full-time working mom, having some flexibility is very important."
"The RVP in my office is a woman who empowers her people to make decisions and values all opinions and perspectives."
"There are countless employees, primarily men, who love to take it upon themselves to discuss the social behavioral and physical appearance of women around the office. "
"The people I work with are incredible - they are supportive and smart. "
"The work is hard, but the people are great. The platforms we use are clunky, but change is coming."
"NCC is a fantastic place to work, regardless of your gender. "
"Great place to work. CEO is fresh and inspiring to all."
"While many male bosses are out of touch, so too are many female managers. Many issues with support within teams and from other teams. Many get unearned recognition, while those who have earned it ignored."
"Although my ratings aren't as strong as they could be, this is based on how NCC has been managed prior to Nicolle Pangis being hired as CEO & President. Since she joined the company, improvements were quickly implemented. The future for NCC as a woman is definitely looking up. I believe it will be a very different place to work in the near future. The culture is already changing for the better."
"It is a great network of successful women already, but our new CEO is pushing women's initiatives within NCC to new heights. "
"NCC is a wonderful place to work for both men and women alike. Company morale is good, pay is competitive, and the benefits are above average."
"Up until my company hired a woman CEO, the entire board was all men and very few women in leadership roles. Sometimes open positions wouldn't be posted and a man promoted without even equal opportunity (posting the job). Very little opportunity to advance in the company which doesn't seem to be based on skill set or experience but more favoritism."
"Good people, environment, and benefits. Could improve on growth within the company."
"The future is here! Our new President & CEO is a strong, decisive woman and she is empowering women at all levels of the organization. We have a new maternity/paternity policy that is great, flexibility is coming and benefits are amazing."
"With new leadership, exciting changes are taking place across the organization. You create your own destiny."

"Be ready to be expected to shoulder quite a bit more than your male coworkers."
"Our new CEO is making HUGE changes to the company culture. Starting with putting the employees first. We are looking forward to the future. Morale is up!"
"There is a very clear social schism between coordinators and the rest of the office. Most of the racial/gender diversity in the office is among coordinators. Only about 1/3 of the AEs in my office are women, and there are no non-white AEs. Much of the behavior on the sales floor among AEs could be described as "a lawsuit waiting to happen" (a direct quote overheard from a higher up). "
