    Position summary

    complex financial case consultations.

    • As needed, communicates directly with NM financial representatives, clients, outside CPAs, and attorneys on complex cases.

    • Provides financial expertise to all levels of leadership across the enterprise.

    • Provides leadership and technical expertise to committees and projects across the enterprise.

    • Provides technical expertise for underwriter training and development. Delivers training on complex financial topics.

    • Resolves complex case escalations by providing technical and standard-setter expertise.

    • Maintains the highest level of current accounting, business valuation and estate planning knowledge through continuing education and the review of professional publications.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in accounting

    • CPA designation preferred

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience

    • Superior analytical and decision-making skills that balance flexibility, critical thinking and judgement.

    • High degree of personal initiative and the ability to work independently and deliver timely results in a fast-paced production environment.

    • Ability to train, develop and mentor underwriters.

    Compensation Range:

    Pay Range - Start:

    $89,040.00

    Pay Range - End:

    $165,360.00
