"This is a male dominated industry, which means that women have a unique opportunity. Women make most of the financial decisions in households and a majority of them prefer working with women advisors if they have that option. Northwestern has work to do like every other company in our industry, but in my opinion they are light years ahead of everyone else. It starts with a genuine commitment from our CEO who has championed the advancement of women in our company since he took over."

"There are very few companies that do such meaningful, lifechanging work. The impact you will make at Northwestern Mutual is huge. Plus, the support/resources for you to succeed are abundant. Finally, there are so many opportunities to grow and develop into new roles should you choose. NM is the one of the most admired companies in the world and one of the most respected in the industry. I'm proud to be part of this company!"

"If you'd like to be in a company where you are treated the same, and recognized tremendously, I couldn't think of a better place than at NM to do so. They encourage women to come in and break the glass ceiling. It's incredible!"
