Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead team of FX Business leads to p artner cross functionally within the home office and field to clearly articulate the field value proposition and experience, empowering the enterprise with knowledge and insights and drive alignment on the intended experience for key initiatives for the enterprise.
Drives process flows for enterprise partners through the field experience lens.
Ensures enterprise partners are aware of each field segment's need and that those needs are met as key enterprise decisions are made.
Develop strong partnerships in the home office and field to incorporate the voice of the field lens into the work, assess priorities, and strategically guide toward alignment on advancing prioritized solutions that address field needs and pain points.
Works closely with leadership to facilitate prioritization, resourcing, and design of field experience best practices.
Integrate field experience best practices and standards in high priority initiatives (and run the business work).
Provide consultation and direction to ensures that work on and in Field Experience (FX) capabilities align with Career Distribution and Multiyear Strategy priorities
Effectively works with project teams to align execution plans with FX and CD priorities
Provides visibility and progress reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders
Drives discipline, organization, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively partners with the change management team on key enterprise initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
Alignment to key enterprise initiatives may shift as needed.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in related discipline required
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a large, complex organization.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional team without having a direct reporting line.
Experience working on or within project initiatives with specific experience in financial analysis, budgeting, communication, marketing, change management
Ability to influence without authority numerous groups across the organization to get others on board with prioritization, consistency and outcomes
Ability to effectively communicate and disseminate a portfolio roadmap of F ield Experience capability work.
Clear understanding of the field and each segment's needs.
Ability to quickly learn various areas of the enterprise, ascertain the critical components of that area, and the key initiatives that area is driving.
Strong change agility to be able to shift from working on key enterprise initiatives in one area to key enterprise initiatives in another area quickly.
Strategic thinking to integrate market/competition, alignment with Career Distribution and company priorities and field insights.
Metrics and data analysis skills to develop, monitor and make data-driven decisions around design and build efficiency and effectiveness.
Advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range - Start:
$97,930.00
Pay Range - End:
$181,870.00
