Gather Requirements: Responsible for fact-based requirement gathering and be able to analyze across business domains
Author User Stories and/or Features: Author and refine technical stories and/or features independently with medium complexity while participating and collaborating in some higher complexity situations
Support and provide thoughts and ideas throughout the development process as needs arise
Test Plan Review and administration: Assist with coordinating and solution delivery test plans for medium complex efforts by participating in, and ensuring business sign-off of testing processes for medium and large efforts
Experience with Jira is a plus
Must be able to work in an Agile environment
Qualifications
2-4 Years Prior Experience with at least 2 working in a Business Analyst level role
Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business or Finance with a focus on a technical discipline or equivalent related BA experience
Ability to leverage strong communication skills and relationships to influence outcomes while navigating conflict and decision making
Domain expertise and understanding of how technologies come together
Certifications demonstrating mastery of role specific competencies (Agile, Scrum, Business Analyst)
Deep familiarity of agile & scrum development environments
Solves moderately complex problems; analyzes and recommends possible solutions using experience, evaluation, judgment and precedents
Willing to take initiative and ownership of project work
Ability to communicate based on audience and business needs

$76,720.00 USD - $142,480.00 USD
Structure 115:
$80,150.00 USD - $148,850.00 USD
