What you will do:
Strategically plan and coordinate the end-to-end relocation process in support of the company's workspace planning objectives. Independently work with all levels of the company to guarantee a smooth and efficient move process, including move scheduling and communication. Coordinates the activity of the relocation team, consisting of trades teams as well as CEA, Telecom and AV teams about timing and sequencing of move activity. Acts as liaison between the relocation team and customer for move coordination and dissemination of information.
How you will do it:
Independently acts as the coordinator for move activities for all home office employees and contractors, balancing the needs of the customer with the available resources of the relocation team, including facility planners, furniture, telecommunications, CEA, and other internal trades. Responsible for monitoring and communicating status changes throughout the move process.
Partner with Facility Planning team on move projects and act as liaison between Facility Panners and relocation team. Hold weekly Relocation team meetings for members to provide progress updates and aid in project and move coordination.
Ensures accurate desk assignments in the CAFM system for employees and contractors to maintain data integrity necessary for move coordination, space planning, and to provide critical occupancy data to leaders.
Provide the client with information on the move process, including material on what to expect and packing instructions.
Own the Space Ambassador program, including: Monthly updates to engage SAs and equip them to serve as change agents, maintain SA resource repository on the DC, train new SAs, monitor SA slack channel and respond as needed, maintain and update Space Ambassador department assignments in Contact Hub and CAFM system, including updating PDL's and Slack channels.
Monitor, manage, and prioritize all incoming move/relocation requests, including coordination with relocation team members.
Acts as the liaison between the relocation team and customers for the coordination of move dates, including disconnect and re-connect times.
Create reports and perform analysis to support internal leadership oversight of the relocation process.
Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of sensitive CEE initiatives.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships at all levels of the company.
Bring Your Best! What this role needs:
Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relocation experience or 5 years of directly related relocation experience without the supporting education required.
Strong organizational, time management, analysis, and planning skills with the ability to independently coordinate multiple assignments with accuracy in an environment with tight time constraints.
Knowledge of NM furniture standards, CAFM system, relocation processes and teams.
Superior verbal and written communications and change management skills with demonstrated ability to exercise tact and good judgment.
High degree of personal flexibility and adaptability. Ability to read and interpret furniture and floorplan drawings provided by Facility Planning team.
