    Position summary

    execution and management of workstreams and projects that these strategic groups are responsible for.

    • Prepare timely updates, progress reports and KPI dashboards.

    Serve as subject matter expert to the strategy, planning and execution of DI events as well as educational curriculum and training programs.

    • Translate strategies into executable programs and plans of action.

    • Lead the integration of best practices and programs into business unit and field office practices and operations.

    • Manage program scope, timing, interdependencies, budgets and communications as well as facilitate, coordinate and manage resources needed to support program execution.

    • Track and analyze performance and advancement of assigned segments in collaboration with data partners and the D&I team.

    • Develop, plan and lead delivery of home office and/or field focused education, presentations and tools designed to support development of DI change agents and execution of DI strategies and programs.

    • Ensure integration of DI content into existing home office and/or field educational strategies, programs and processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, change management, organizational development or related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development or related fields

    • Ability to think strategically and to build and align programs that support the department's and company's strategic direction.

    • Proven experience in leading projects to meet deadlines and quality expectations including ability to scope out length and difficulty of tasks and projects.

    • Ability to independently lead complex projects and be a key resource and contributor on cross-departmental projects.

    • Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and gain confidence and credibility with business clients across the company.

    • Creative as well as strong analytical and intuitive skills with proven ability to problem solve in non-standard situations.

    • Consultation skills.

    • Excellent ability to effectively present information in a variety of formal settings (one-on-one, small and large group, peers, subordinates and organization leadership).

    Compensation Range:

    Pay Range - Start:

    $76,650.00

    Pay Range - End:

    $142,350.00

    Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

    195 - Structure 110: 84,350.00 USD - 156,650.00 USD

    195 - Structure 115: 88,130.00 USD - 163,670.00 USD
