Manages key relationships with the field advisors to gain insights and feedback for research purposes as needed, ensuring the voice of the field is valued and heard.
Activate all reactive field sentiment from across the enterprise, using influence to drive value through others.
Proactively ensures field sentiment is captured in research that will impact the field.
Creates strategic, actionable insights that are developed from experiments done through the SIM Lab for the purchase experience.
Partners with enterprise leaders on insights from the SIM Lab to ensure the insights are understood and influences decisions made related to the purchase experience.
Synthesizes existing research findings and makes recommendations.
Provides project leadership, direction and mentoring to project team.
Responsible for developing agile tools to track, analyze and manage field research, data and insights
SME on field experience working cross collaboratively to influence the field point of view in research agendas and insights
Qualifications:
Degree in business, statistics, or related field.
Six or more years of experience with business analysis with a strong background in research preferred.
Strong business acumen.
Strong ability to influence across the enterprise without authority, especially with senior management.
Deep insurance and financial services industry knowledge, including products, markets and competitors.
Ability to assess data, research, findings, and execute on it.
Able to be both strategic and tactical, with strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
Must have, or acquire soon after, intimate knowledge of NM field, markets, clients and products.
Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise .
Superb communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling, concise and creative way.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams.
Demonstrates the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity.
Consistently displays professional courage to research design, analysis and interpretation to deliver credible work product free of bias.
Acts in the best interest of field, customers, and the company.
Strong ability to analyze and extract insights from data using the advanced analytical tools.

Pay Range - End:
$165,360.00
