    Position summary

    Team.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and collateral administrator.

    • Handle the reconciliation of monthly Public Investments reporting and quarterly distributions.

    • Monitor and process portfolio corporate actions.

    • Monitor daily cash balances, perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare borrowing requests.

    • Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with various Public Investments indentures and support investment team.

    • Work with both internal and external counterparts in Accounting, Administration, Compliance and Legal to resolve any Public Investments-related bank loan related inquiries or discrepancies.

    • Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as needed by platform.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or relevant background

    • Preferred 2+ years of experience in investment or banking operations (bank loan operations a plus)

    • Experience with Bloomberg and proficiency in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred

    • Strong problem solving, organization and attention skills required

    • Clear written and communication skills required to partner with stakeholders

    • High level of initiative and motivation to learn

    • MBA / CFA preferred

    Compensation Range:

    Pay Range - Start:

    $62,160.00

    Pay Range - End:

    $115,440.00
