    Position summary

    m root cause analysis with learner and growth mindset. Coordinate with product team, Business Team and dependent engineering teams on a regular basis on planning, development and implementations of various features of applications. Lead mentor, guide, and coach cross functional engineers within the division for technical and leadership growth. Participate in hiring process to grow and maintain team. Work with direct reports on development and career planning. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand Enterprise and Team goals and help individual engineer to define and achieve those goals. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. Salary $144,376- $252,200 per year.

    Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a technology lead or related occupation. Experience must include 4 years with each of the following: (1) Java, Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and HTML; (2) AWS services and CI/CD; (3) working with Dynatrace, Jenkins, Gitlab and Agile methodologies; (4) Container orchestration including Kubernetes; (5) developing cloud-based, Dockerized applications and microservices; and (6) DevOps.
