    Position summary

    ring, you will lean-in to directly support and oversee the building of experiment proof of concepts that demonstrate what the future could look like on a per-experiment basis. It is a unique opportunity to lead the team to build with new technologies and tackle unique business challenges. This leader should have knowledge of emerging technology trends to and the success of our program hinges on exceptionally delivered experiments that change the course of the enterprise.

    Variable builds technology to demonstrate feasibility, and test viability. We are not building enterprise applications, instead, we are rapidly prototyping to bring the future to life for senior leadership.

    The Role:

    • Lead innovation experiments from a delivery perspective (design and engineering)

    • Oversee the development and deployment of advanced applications to solve business problems using GenAI and Web3 technologies

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the right proof of concepts

    • Take initiative, work independently, strategize, and execute

    • Lead by example to build simple solutions that quickly demonstrate complex ideas and business value

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop hypotheses, and test those hypotheses

    • Conduct research to identify emerging trends and technologies in GenAI and Web3 areas

    • Build efficient technology, integrated with 3rd party API's

    Qualifications:

    • Experimental, hands-on, approach, excited to build proof of concepts to demonstrate complex concepts

    • Full stack development experience with the right mix of technical capabilities and business insight to lead the delivery of experiments from a design and engineering perspective

    • 10+ Years of experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

    • 10+ Years of experience leading highly successful teams (design and engineering)

    • 10+ Years of experience overseeing the development of digital applications (recent experience with emerging technologies such as Gen AI, Web 3, etc.)

    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

    • Digital product management experience understanding the business and technical needs

    • Ability to execute in ambiguous circumstances

    • Demonstrated ability to form relationships, gain confidence and work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders at all levels across the company to identify and resolve issues

    • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver results. Extreme attention to detail and ability to self-audit work.

    • AI domain expertise with a portfolio of applications leveraging ML/AI, and GenAI

    • Experience with range of full stack technologies such as NodeJS, and ReactJS frameworks

    • Preferred experience with pythonic backend frameworks (Starlette, FastAPI, Flask, Django)

    • Mastery of HTML/CSS/JS, and versioning tools (ie. Git)

    Compensation Range:

    Pay Range - Start:

    $164,850.00

    Pay Range - End:

    $306,150.00
