Associate degree in business or equivalent combination of education and coursework
Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably with retirement benefits
Strong analytical skills with a focus on numerical detail
Ability to grasp the interconnectedness of team workflows
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Proficiency in MS Excel and Windows
