    Position summary

    ransform the field user experience.

    • Oversee the creation, delivery and optimization of scalable and effective digital tools and solutions that promote education, drive consideration and generate qualified leads.

    • Lead the team in the translation of strategy into business requirements (use cases, features, capabilities) for implementation.

    • Lead the execution of digital experiences across all web properties, ensuring seamless user journeys and continuous improvement of site architecture and functionality.

    • Develop the website campaign strategy and oversee delivery for activation and extension of brand campaigns.

    • Manage the testing, experimentation and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve user journeys, engage visitors and deliver qualified leads that turn into clients.

    • Leverage insights, best practices and technology to define and deliver impactful user experience and inform future design and functionality.

    • Collaborate with key data partners to establish analytics capabilities, identify KPIs and create dashboards that enable optimization of content and site performance.

    • Develop and refine the SEO strategy to align with field, audience and product strategies.

    • Ensure compliance with Legal, Privacy and Regulatory standards.

    • Provide thought leadership on trends and tools in the digital marketplace and their impact on our industry to help NM stay competitive.

    • Manage complex workplans and have a strategic lens for prioritization and resourcing.

    • Oversee budget and manage reporting to enable investment decisions.

    What You'll Bring to the Role

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

    • 12 or more years of relevant experience - client-side preferred. Experience working in ecommerce, subscription-based or financial services industries.

    • Deep working knowledge of digital marketing strategy that translates into the ability to deliver strategic understanding of user and enterprise-level strategy.

    • Successful track record delivering exceptional user experiences based on data and insights that deepen engagement and drive business outcomes.

    • Ability to manage through ambiguity, establish process and structure to help the team operate more effectively and efficiently.

    • Highly organized, proactive and a critical, creative thinker under pressure.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team environment with a proven track record in driving partnerships and relationships.

    • Exceptional organizational skills leading to flawless execution of tactical plans.

    • Exceptional presentation skills both verbal and written, formal and informal.

    • People leadership with ability to manage and cultivate team members, effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

    • Demonstrated experience developing direct reports and influence-managing matrixed teams.

    Compensation Range:

    Pay Range - Start:

    $135,800.00

    Pay Range - End:

    $252,200.00

    Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

    225 - Structure 110: 149,380.00 USD - 277,420.00 USD

    225 - Structure 115: 156,170.00 USD - 290,030.00 USD
