Set expectations, provide clarity and KPIs for the Inside Sales team to achieve
Work closely with Nutanix Field Sales to design a "Divide & Conquer" new logo sales account approach
Meet and exceed bookings targets for the identified market segment
Motivate, coach and manage Inside Sales professionals to build pipeline and close revenue through Nutanix Channel & OEM Partners
Work with Nutanix marketing to design and implement campaigns focused at various target accounts
Provide accurate weekly forecasts and track sales activity leveraging SFDC
Join Customer Calls with the Inside Sales team to coach and assist in closing bookings
What You Will Bring
5+ years sales experience and 3+ years management experience
Experience in enterprise sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization/Cloud or Infrastructure industries strongly preferred
Proven consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of an Inside sales team
Experience hiring, developing and retaining talent
Exceptional command of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach to it
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Excellent Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com skills
Travel 1 to 2 times a quarter required
