    Position summary

    • Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify, debug, and diagnose customer issues that arise in the field, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing any disruption to their operations.

    • Provide support to customers on weekdays and off hours as required, following a scheduled rotational basis, to address any urgent or critical needs they may have.

    • Actively engage with our development engineering team to gather customer feedback and field implementation insights, driving necessary changes and improvements to our product offerings.

    • Take charge of developing and contributing to internal and external knowledge bases, enhancing the serviceability of our product by testing new features and developing scalable tools for efficient field deployment and auto-support infrastructure. Additionally, conduct analysis of our existing customer base to proactively mitigate any risks and minimize potential issues in the field.

    What You Will Bring

    • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • You possess strong problem-solving skills.

    • You excel in customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

    • You are fluent in English.

    • You hold a BS in Engineering or CS or possess an equivalent technical degree.

    • You have relevant work experience troubleshooting at least two of the following: Virtualization (preferably VMware ESXi), Networking (preferably layer 2/3), Linux Systems (preferably CLI administration), and Storage Analysis.

    I Joined Nutanix in 2013 as we were a David against the Goliath, and yet we always won by creating disruption in the market and offering innovation and flexibility to our customers. I've previously worked in places such as Brocade and Unisys way back in the day, amazing places that offered learning and growth opportunities.

    My biggest personal win so far has been raising two amazing kids away from my home country. And my biggest professional win so far has been joining Nutanix! Best decision of my professional career.

    When it comes to candidates, I look for People willing to learn, grow and contribute with their knowledge to the growth of Nutanix to keep creating disruptive and innovative technologies.

    I'm currently involved in life groups that promote the teaching of the right values to kids involved in tech. So we can leave a better planet for the upcoming generation.
