Provide day-to-day coaching and counsel to internal partners on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
Facilitate Human Resources processes such as onboarding, benefit administration, pay reviews, training, performance management and off boarding.
Partner with payroll, HRIS; and compensation and benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for employee questions, and ensure accuracy of HRIS data
Facilitate effective delivery of employee communications, including announcing organization changes, new hires, key initiative updates, and nVent and segment news.
Collaborate with HR teams across the business and lead project work to drive consistent execution of HR services.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner required
Experience working within manufacturing industry highly preferred
Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws
Familiarity with Workday or HRIS systems helpful
