      "Being a woman at nVent means seeing yourself reflected in leadership, which I appreciate. I have no shortage of strong, female mentors to help guide my career. I do think nVent could improve benefits for maternity leave, and encourage work life balance in other policy changes. "

      "nVent is supportive of women in both their policies and their everyday actions. Generous new parent leave, caretaker leave, and flexibility all around! Top-level leadership has great gender diversity, and those vibes flow down to the rest of the company. "

      "Flexible hybrid work environment, generous vacation and sick time, and they recently added dependent care time which is very helpful for those providing family support. There are a lot of women in leadership at the corporate level, but some segments are still by far male dominated. "
