      "Being a woman at nVent means seeing yourself reflected in leadership, which I appreciate. I have no shortage of strong, female mentors to help guide my career. I do think nVent could improve benefits for maternity leave, and encourage work life balance in other policy changes. "

      "nVent is supportive of women in both their policies and their everyday actions. Generous new parent leave, caretaker leave, and flexibility all around! Top-level leadership has great gender diversity, and those vibes flow down to the rest of the company. "

      "Flexible hybrid work environment, generous vacation and sick time, and they recently added dependent care time which is very helpful for those providing family support. There are a lot of women in leadership at the corporate level, but some segments are still by far male dominated. "

      "nVent has a highly diverse board (50%+ women, 70% diverse), a female CEO who also leads the board, and over 30% of the C-suite is women. Throughout the org you see and hear people in our manufacturing company focusing on bringing in more women at every level. The culture generally cares about diversity, is highly collaborative and is consistently improving. There is a strong bias for action, and people must be ready for change due to the fast growth. As a female leader, I couldn't be happier that I joined nVent. "

      "It is okay place to work. People are friendly and not much office politics but beware of messy processes and lots of tactical work that will get in the way of meeting your performance metrics. Do not expect a promotion or be rewarded for putting in extra hours or doing phenomenal work for a number of years as this company is not big on promoting internally."

      "nVent is truly one of the best places that I have worked personally - and that is after 18+ years of being in the working world! It is also women-led and features a great deal of women in leadership throughout the organization. That serves as a daily inspiration and keeps me excited about my future. I wasn't immediately confident of my future when I first started - simply due to a lack of growth in my current department. However, after experiencing a promotion from one of our business segments to our Enterprise/Corporate office; which was also a transition from an in-office role to one that is fully (one of my longtime aspirations) - I am energized about my future at nVent! And it's not just me...I see frequent promotions, job transitions, etc. as the company is genuinely committed to internal mobility. I have also been supported with enrollment into external training/management accelerator programs to enhance my skills. Your career is truly what you make it at nVent!"
