Position summary

ce: Provide expert guidance on Japanese labor law compliance, manage employee relations, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the global HR team on salary planning, promotions, and job leveling. Manage Japan-specific compensation strategies and oversee benefits programs.

  • Engagement and Culture: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, fostering a culture that reflects NVIDIA's values.

  • Talent Development: Drive core learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and career development coaching.

  • HR Strategy and Implementation: Execute comprehensive HR programs tailored to Japan, such as performance management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of proven HR leadership experience, ideally as a business partner or manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes, including leadership development and organizational design.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in dynamic environments.
