Own full lifecycle of learning/event curriculum from design, development, execution and support for learning & development programs

Collaborate with global business stakeholders, subject matter experts, HRBPs, and HRMs to develop learning content that exemplifies NVIDIA culture

Experience facilitating learning workshops.

Structure conversations and apply appropriate facilitation techniques to keep discussions effective.

Foster participation and get people to come up with ideas, thoughts and perspectives that add value.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of coursework and experience in Human Resources related field
- 8+ years' experience in a Learning and Development position
- Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training content, manuals, guides, and course materials for leadership development
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, and track critical activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks
