Position summary

of Substance Painter to produce realistic and visually stunning textures.

  • Ensure Real-Time Excellence: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate 3D assets into real-time engines, emphasizing expertise in Unreal 5.

  • Collaborate and Improve: Work dynamically with fellow artists, designers, and engineers to establish a cohesive visual direction and incorporate constructive feedback.

  • Assure High Standards: Maintain technical and quality standards across all assets.

  • Lead and Inspire: Mentor junior artists, fostering their growth and ensuring team-wide consistency.

What we need to see:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional 3D art experience in the gaming or related industries.
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling and superior texturing abilities.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Max, Maya, or Blender. Strong Unreal 5 knowledge is highly valued.
  • Mastery of Substance Painter.
  • Proven experience optimizing assets for real-time environments.
  • Track record of contributions to shipped game titles is a major advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
