Position summary

litigation, third-party subpoenas, and government inquiries

  • Assist in managing discovery, including the retention, collection, and production of documents

  • Partner with Legal IT to improve and automate document collection

  • Assist in managing eDiscovery vendors

  • Maintain case files and records, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

  • Monitor case calendars and dockets

What we need to see:

  • Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ years of experience working in a law firm representing technology companies or in-house legal department at a technology company

  • Excellent communicator with both internal and external constituents at all levels

  • Creativity and independence in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional judgment

The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
