What you will be doing:
Perform physical layout for custom device-level components such as MOSFETs, resistors, and capacitors used in all NVIDIA products, utilizing state-of-the-art sub-micron CMOS technologies and Cadence tools.
Collaborate with a team of CAD engineers in the Advanced Technologies Group, as well as with mixed-signal, digital custom, and SRAM designers.
Engage in custom layout and verification against design rules and schematics.
Write skill code to generate regression test cases for simple and complex pcells and other components.

What we need to see:**
BSEE degree (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of industry experience in Mask and Layout Design.
Deep understanding of layout concepts in submicron CMOS technologies.
Expertise with Cadence custom circuit design tools, particularly Virtuoso.
Experience running and debugging with verification tools such as Calibre and ICV.
Strong teamwork capabilities, good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and positive energy.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Skill, Perl, or Python.
Knowledge of DRC and LVS checking flows, with the ability to customize decks.

The base salary range is 164,000 USD - 258,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
