Position summary

  • Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes and improvements.

  • Conduct detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics

  • 8+ years' experience in backend product manufacturing experiences of consumer or enterprise board level product

  • Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level.

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective leadership and project management abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated expertise in board-level failure analysis and troubleshooting.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with board-level manufacturing processes and technologies.

  • Advanced knowledge in failure analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Proven track record of resolving complex manufacturing issues and implementing robust corrective actions.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and technological advancements related to board-level manufacturing and failure analysis.
