Position summary

  • Reviewing post-silicon power and perf data, driving miscorrelations to closure.

  • For any products that miss engineering specs, evaluate and provide options to course correct.

  • Aligning various teams on new energy efficient requirements and communicating potential spec violations.

What We Need to See:

  • BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience

  • Effective in a collaborative environment.

  • 12+ years of experience in some of the following areas:

    • Strong understanding of silicon active and low power features, binning, PVT power sensitivity, platform component losses

    • Analyzing Data Center and Client use cases with emphasis on silicon idle power, energy efficiency, and sleep power.

    • Power/Perf use case projections, validation and debug on silicon

    • Understanding of MLPerf, CEC, Estar use cases.

The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
